Ottmar Schnepp was born in 1943 in Stuttgart. From 1964 to 1965 he attended the School of Photography in Vienna. 1967-1970 he worked on short films, journalistic work and texts. From 1978 he had his first exhibitions with painting and photography. Today he lives and works in Fellbach near Stuttgart.

Ottmar Schnepp wurde 1943 in Stuttgart geboren. Von 1964 bis 1965 besuchte er die Fotoschule in Wien. 1967 bis 1970 beschäftigte er sich mit Kurzfilmen, journalistischer Arbeit und Texten. Ab 1978 hatte er seine ersten Ausstellungen mit Malerei und Fotografie. Heute lebt und arbeitet er in Fellbach bei Stuttgart.
